Do you offer any recreational activities or tours?
Our resort provides a variety of recreational activities, including swimming, courts for volleyball and badminton, basketball courts, Table Tennis, giant and small chess, and billiard halls. You can also take a tour of our farm and meet our farm animals.
Do you offer meals?
Yes, we do offer meals including breakfast, morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks, and dinner but they have extra-charge fees per head.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies according to the rate and package selected. Generally, cancellations should be made one (1) week before the reservation date. If a cancellation is made between 48 to 72 hours before arrival, the downpayment is non-refundable, and the customer must reschedule their scheduled day.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we are pet-friendly!
Is smoking allowed in the rooms or on the premises?
Unfortunately, smoking inside the villas and suites are not allowed. But don’t worry because we have a smoking area inside the resort which is located near our office.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the resort? Is there a charge?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in all public spaces and villas at the resort. Guests can connect to the network using the login credentials provided during check-in.
Can the resort accommodate large groups or corporate retreats?
Yes! We accommodate corporate groups and we do offer function halls that can be used for corporate meetings, team buildings, and conferences.
How much is your down payment upon reservation?
A 50% down payment of the entire amount is required at the time of booking, whether it is for accommodation or a corporate event.
When booking a villa, is a child included in the payment?
In our policy, 7 years old and below are considered FREE. While 8 years old and above are already included in the regular fee.
